Project Brief

Total Wine & More is a large, family-owned, privately held American alcohol retailer founded and led by brothers David Trone and Robert Trone. Total Wine & More was named Retailer of the Year by Market Watch in 2006, Beverage Dynamics in 2008, and Wine Enthusiast Magazine in 2004 and 2014.

Based on the requirement of Total Wine Co., Ltd., I designed a mobile application that could help users have confidence in choosing the right wines for a party. And how many bottles of wines required for a party.

OVERVIEW

1. Select Wines & Add Wines into the Shopping Bag

The host could pick several wines on the home page. Meanwhile, the host could see the detailed info of a wine. After adding wines into the shopping bag, the host could export a list of wines for the party attendees to let them vote for it.

2. Let Party Attendees Vote For the Wines

The party attendees could receive a message with a voting link included. Then they could see the detailed info of every single wine and vote for their favorite wines.

3. Make a calculation

While waiting for the voting result, the host could make a calculation of how many bottles of wines need to buy.

4. Make a Better Purchase

The host could get a notification of the voting result. Then the host can see the voting detail, and make a better decision of which wine should buy and the quantity of it as well.
